To return a product you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Anything returned without notification will be refused and returned to sender.
To qualify for return all products must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at reBuild.lt sole discretion.
Consumables (toner cartridges, ink cartridges, blank media, projector bulbs, etc.) Software, video games, DVD's, and similar items are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
You have 7 business days to return a product that you are unsatisfied with. You can send the products back to us at your own cost with the invoice and the completed and signed return docket (before returning a product, please make sure that you have filled out the return docket). We will then proceed with refunding you entirely for your purchase. All we kindly ask is that you pay the return carriage costs (with insurance). reBuild.lt shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, TNT or any other carrier that issues a tracking number to the address provided by our RMA Department.
We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and contact us to start a return. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping and handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return reBuild.lt reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% at reBuild.lt sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 20 business days from the time your product is received. Shipping cost, wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage costs are not refundable.
Every product that has a manufacturer's warranty comes with a warranty certificate. If the warranty certificate is missing, your invoice will serve as written proof thereof. If the need arises for a warranty, the start date for this warranty will correspond to the invoice date.
Major brands often have authorized services in different countries. For any product incurred in a warranty claim, we strongly encourage you to check if there is a local authorized service, as it is the fastest way to process your RMA. Otherwise, please submit an RMA request to reBuild.lt
Under the Return to Base warranty policy, all shipping charges for product returned to reBuild.lt incurred in a warranty claim will be at the expense of the customer. reBuild.lt will only pay for the return freight to the customer except for rejected warranty, non-faulty returns or returns without RMA number.
We reserve the right to test any product prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.
Please note that reBuild.lt shall not be responsible for any digital content stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent under the warranty return.

Legal warranties do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as an abnormal use or a non-conforming installation or using it for commercial purposes or using product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables.
The manufacturer’s warranties do not cover replacement of consumables (film, batteries, processing, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads or lasers etc.)
In all cases, reBuild.lt will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons. In the event that the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer.
